Returns Policy

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused and in it’s original packaging.

Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.

Full refunds for faulty goods will be given as long as no signs of misuse can be seen.

Unwanted items that are returned with 14 days, will receive a full refund less the cost of postage.

Returns Procedure

If for any reason you decide to return an unused or faulty item, please send to the address below. On receipt of the goods we will exchange, credit or refund which ever is your preference.

Please include a covering note with your name, address and why the good have been returned. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
