We aim to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. The carriers we use are DPD, Parcelforce Worldwide, UPS and Royal Mail. We are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and Standard 2-4 Working Day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers

In addition we offer FREE DELIVERY for customers on orders on a 5-7 days delivery service (conditions apply). For our EU customers we use DPD and Parcelforce Worldwide for deliveries. These carriers provide effective track and trace delivery service to all countries within the EU.

If you would like to pay for and collect your goods from us directly, you can use our Click & Collect service where any goods can be reserved at where stock availability allows

Call up previous to ordering as stock availability might be different to what the website shows.

Please take a copy of your Order Confirmation or reservation number when you go to store to collect your items. You should leave at least 2 hours from when you place your order to when you come to collect it. All reservations need to be collected by the close of business next working day. Should this be a problem, or you wish to collect on a specific day, then please contact us directly, giving your order number and the day on which you are able to come and collect the goods ordered, so the goods can continue to be reserved. Alternatively you can call your local store to reserve.

We want to help you plan your Christmas. As such, for UK deliveries, we will guarantee that you receive your orders, if placed by the dates below:

Next Day orders placed before 2pm on Friday 22nd December will be delivered on 29th December. Orders placed after the above dates will be processed and shipped from 31th December and will be delivered within our normal time-scales. Please consider the New Year’s Day Bank Holiday when placing your order.

For UK Deliveries orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature.

You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.

Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 1:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday. For smaller items we can offer either FREE delivery or a lower delivery price.

UK Mainland & Free Delivery Exceptions

These rates exclude deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Isles. N.Ireland & BFPO Addresses. In addition Free delivery is NOT available to the following postcodes:

Our couriers will try to deliver to you or your next door neighbours to obtain a signature. If no one is available to give a signature they will put a card through your door to let you know where your parcel is and they will state that they have attempted delivery and will try again on the next working day (not Sat/Sun). If you call the number on the card, the couriers will arrange re-delivery on another day convenient to you; you can also arrange to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.

After the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for 5 working days and any parcels not delivered or collected within 5 days will automatically be returned to Golf Direct. Please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the couriers to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. We will make a charge of £5.95 for any order re-delivered after the 3rd attempt.

If you have any delivery problems please contact our Customer Services 0333 800 7272 from 9.00am to 5.00pm (open every day Monday to Sunday) and we will make every effort to resolve any delivery problems you may have.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. All images of product on this site are for guidance only.

All prices include VAT at 20%.

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused and in it’s original packaging.

Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.

Full refunds for faulty goods will be given as long as no signs of misuse can be seen.

Unwanted items that are returned, will receive a full refund less the cost of postage. Our postage charges are £10.00 to Mainland UK, and £16.00 for N.Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, and offshore Isles.

If for any reason you decide to return an unused or faulty item, please send to the address below. On receipt of the goods we will exchange, credit or refund which ever is your preference.

Please include a covering note with your name, address. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods
