Let me start my saying – I only wanted a Golf Cap… but, it had to be the right cap/right fit/right weight/right colour etc etc….
I had been looking for a particular product (Nike Golf Cap…) for a few weeks. I couldn’t find it locally (Melbourne. Australia…), and was reluctant to order online as I was looking for a specific style, one that I know fits me well.
I stumbled onto the Golf Direct website and, with a sigh, trawled through the hundreds of images (they carry a LOT of stock!) of Nike golf caps. I found what I was looking for – but experience tells me that often you’ll end up receiving the wrong Item, just because the person on the other end can’t be bothered to go to the warehouse to check…
Not so with James at Golf Direct. He personally checked the inventory and came back to me with not just the cap I wanted, but with a variety of colours. I ended up ordering 3 in total – a pretty puny order, I know – The caps were despatched via overland mail…
I received them exactly 1 week later…Why can’t Australia Post do that??

Online purchases without any human interaction are the norm today, however its so good to deal with the team behind this online shop who are very willing to help.
I received a first class service from Golf Direct; James was very responsive to inform me an item was out of stock and suggest an alternative.
The order was then delivered within 24 hours.

Hi Tony The waterfront rain suit arrived this morning (Saturday) and I am well chuffed with it. I believe this is the mark of a really good company because when I ordered the original waterproof it was too small with jumpers underneath. And yet you sorted it and quickly without any argument. Within a week, you refunded my postage and sent me a size larger. I shall have no hesitation in buying stuff from you again.
